Got green? Yahoo wants your icon

Want to see your work all over the world's most-trafficked site and win a prize that can also help the environment? The Blog points you to Yahoo, which announced a call for designs for an icon that best symbolizes "green." The winner gets $20,000 to donate to the environmental group of his or her choice. The two runners-ups' green groups will each receive $5,000.

From Yodel Anectdotal: We're looking for a graphic that will be used to flag simple, eco-friendly things you can do all over our network, so that everyone knows the many green choices and options available on Yahoo! That could include everything from making green purchases to finding the most fuel-efficient cars.

Sounds like a project for users of this here blog. Start your sketchbooks, or, better yet, sketch on screen and save some paper!
